Personalised service
Our IGT Service team is divided between a number of regions, with each member of the regional team responsible for the same clubs or hotels in their region. This ensures that venues are familiar with their IGT technician and, more importantly, that our team member has a good understanding of the venue and its service requirements.
Our service team also specialises in servicing the needs of either clubs or hotels. Even though both venue types use gaming products, each group has very different servicing needs.
Spare parts
Each IGT Service technician is equipped with an extensive range of parts to cater for all brands of gaming machines. Teams are also supported by service stores, located in major centres, hold a wide range of spare parts - with almost half being for other manufacturers' gaming machines. Venues enjoy quicker service turnaround, as there is no need to wait for spare parts that would otherwise have to come from interstate or overseas.
Technical support
Our service team is highly trained and qualified. Each technician attends regular training seminars for new products and servicing techniques and all are licensed with the LAB to service both poker machines and Approved Amusement Devices (AAD) including:

Servicing NSW and NZ
Within NSW the service team covers a wide area and variety of venues, from the Hunter Valley in the North to Eden in the South, Dubbo in the west and from the Albury Riverina area up to Mildura.

Within New Zealand, IGT and the Licensed IGT Dealer Network is the largest gaming machine service provider, collectively servicing over 40% of the gaming machines in NZ . Licensed Dealer Network technicians are located in all major cities and strategic centres.
